The new Xbox One X enhancement update for Forza Horizon 3 was recently released. As a result, popular technical analysis group Digital Foundry has put together a nice video showing off the visual quality differences of the game between Microsoft’s new upgraded system and a top-of-the-line PC.
For the most part, the Xbox One X version of the game holds up very well against the ‘Ultra’ graphics preset of the PC version (the highest setting). While there are a few small differences, the One X version holds its own and is a big improvement over the base Xbox One version (which already looked gorgeous in the first place). The biggest difference is that the PC version can go up to 60 FPS (if the hardware can handle it), whereas the One X version is still locked to the 30FPS like the original Xbox One version.
