While EA has not announced Plants Vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare 3, it looks like the game might actually be in development. According to a listing on Amazon for a comic book called Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare Volume 2, the description seems to reveal the third game in the series is coming.
Garden Warfare Returns to Neighborville!
Paul Tobin returns to write the official comic book bridge between video games PvZ: GW2 and PvZ: GW3 with Tim Lattie returning to deliver artwork!
Just when you thought Neighborville was safe, the Garden Warfare is back on! Zombies have taken over and forced neighborhood defenders Nate, Patrice, and their fearless plants back on their heels! Not all hope is lost however when an unlikely plant hero comes to the rescue with the fate of Neighborville at stake!
While there is no official confirmation that Plants Vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare 3, is in fact, coming out, the listing seems to add credibility to the rumor. It’s also worth noting that Plants Vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare 2 launched in 2016. The original game came out in 2014. With a two-year development cycle, it makes sense that the next installment will possibly launch next year.
