Pirate games have been something of a rarity recently. 2018 was the year that was going to change that with two pirate games coming out. We’ve already had one hit Xbox with Sea of Thieves launching a couple of months ago. The other pirate game that was supposed to come this year was Skull & Bones from Ubisoft. Well, thanks to the publisher’s most recent financial conference call, we now know that the game will not be coming this year and will instead arrive during the following financial year. This means that it could arrive any time between April 2019 and March 2020.
If you are unfamiliar with Skull & Bones here’s the (brief) official description of the game as well as the trailer –
Sail the high seas of Skull and Bones, an online naval open world game set during the Golden Age of Piracy in the exotic and untamed frontier of the Indian Ocean.
