New PGC cosmetics coming to PUBG in November

PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds is getting a selection of new DLC content this month. The cosmetic items are featured to promote esports teams competing in the upcoming PGC competition. The DLC will be live from November 6 to November 26 on PC and console.

All of the proceeds will go towards the tournament in one way or another. 50% revenue will be shared out amongst the participating teams. Whilst 25% goes directly into the prize pool, and a final 25% going towards the teams chosen in the “Pick’Em Challenge event”. This challenge event allows fans to predict what teams will come out on top.

The Pick’Em event runs from November 6-22, and predictions can be earned in two ways. A single prediction coupon will be gained for just coming in the top 10 in a public PUBG match. On top of that, you will gain the chance to cast another vote for every PGC cosmetic item purchased. If any of your entries are correct, you will gain access to the PGC 2019 weapon skin set, which is only available though this promotion.

The cosmetics range from weapon skins and full clothing sets to outfit accessories and emotes. PUBG isn’t known for having the most compelling of cosmetic items, but some of the PGC options do look quite sleek.

The tournament begins with the group stages on November 8.
