As well as having a ridiculously large backlog of games to play, I also have a huge backlog of shows to watch on Netflix. I still need to get around to watching The Witcher, Castlevania, Spy, You, Russian Doll, Narcos, Ozark, and The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina. Another show I keep meaning to check out is The Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance. I remember watching the original movie and being equally freaked out and charmed. If you have checked out the Netflix show (or the original movie) then you may be interested in a game based on the TV series called The Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance Tactics. Well, to celebrate the fact that the game is now available for preorder, a new trailer has been released. You can check out the trailer below along with the official description of the game –

This certainly looks very ‘Dark Crystal’ and it’s nice to see turn-based strategy make a come back. As to whether this will be a worthy addition to the franchise, only time will tell. Fortunately, we’ll only have to wait a couple of weeks to find out as The Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance Tactics is scheduled to launch on 4th February.
