Xbox Black Friday sale is now live

Black Friday

If you’re an Xbox Live Gold member, or a Game Pass Ultimate subscriber, the Xbox Black Friday sale is live. This year features an extensive list of games and DLC on offer, from recently released AAA games to small indies for dirt cheap. Here, we’ll go over the best deals in this year’s sale.

The Black Friday sale runs from November 21 to December 2 for Game Pass Ultimate and Gold members. The sale begins for everyone on Xbox on November 24. If you’re an Xbox Live Gold member, you’ll get up to 10% extra off the price on most titles.

There is a good selection of recent games on the list, including FIFA 20, Borderlands 3 and Ghost Recon Breakpoint. For gold members, FIFA and Borderlands have 40% off, with Ghost Recon Breakpoint getting its price slashed by 50%. All three of these titles released in the last few months.

However, our pick of the Black Friday bunch might have to be Resident Evil 2. This critically acclaimed remake released earlier this year, and has a massive 67% off. That puts it under $20 for one of the big game of the year contenders.

Elsewhere, there are a few smaller indie titles available for dirt cheap. Virginia, a narrative tale from Variable State is on sale for just $2! Alongside that, Black The Fall, a unique adventure about escaping the grasp of a Communist regime is just $6.
